New Client Scheduling Timeline: We are currently booking approximately 3 weeks out for new client appointments. This allows us to prioritize care for our existing patients. If your pet needs more urgent care, we recommend contacting another local veterinary clinic or urgent care facility that may be able to see you sooner.
New Client Scheduling Fee: Due to a high number of missed appointments from new clients, a $68 scheduling fee is required at the time of booking for all new clients. This fee will be applied to your pet’s first visit with us. Please note: if the appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the fee will be non-refundable.

All payments are due at the time of services rendered. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards & Care Credit which can be approved in as little as 10 minutes. I have read and understand the above statements and agree to all terms therein.
