Responsibilities:
As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients and their furry companions receive the highest standard of care and attention. We're seeking individuals who embody compassion, enthusiasm, and a positive demeanor, coupled with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence in client and patient interactions.
- Warmly greet clients and their pets by name upon arrival
- Assist with check-in procedures and update client information
- Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules
- Answer phones, schedule visits, and relay messages promptly
- Handle check-out procedures, invoice review, and payment processing
- Mail certificates, reminders, and cards to clients as needed
- Keep the reception area tidy and inviting
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services offered
- Support the front desk team with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a veterinary practice
- Provide a referral from a previous employer
- Initiative, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential
- Compassion and a genuine desire to assist both people and pets
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
